1st DHRTC Summer School on Mature Oil Fields

The 1st DHRTC Summer School on 'Mature oil fields' will take place at DTU and AAU from 5 August 2018 to 18 August 2018. The school is funded by the DHRTC and organized by the DHRTC partner institutions (AAU, AU, DTU, GEUS, and KU).

The purposes of the summer school are to provide participants with a high level of interdisciplinary training on the fundamental processes and recent methodological advances that have emerged in the study and development of mature oil fields. During this school, we will explore in detail the role of these processes and methods in collaboration with experts from the industry. The school has been specifically designed to provide participants with a common background on the fundamental concepts of oil production in mature oil field. Each day, the program will include lectures and hands-on assignments are also planned.

The first week of the workshop will be at DTU in Lyngby and the second week will be at AAU in Esbjerg.

Due to late registration (after 28 May), we do not provide accommodation.

Registration Fees

Per week (Excl. accommodation):

DKK 300 for MSc students

DKK 1000 for other participants from the DHRTC partnership

DKK 2000 for all other participants

You may register for one or two weeks.
